OrbitX ("we", "our", or "us") provides a field service management platform and related websites, demos, and support services (together, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of our marketing site, demo requesters, and customers who use OrbitX.

Depending on how you interact with OrbitX, we may collect:

• Account and authentication information for customer workspaces
• Operational data you enter into OrbitX, such as jobs, customers, sites, technicians, schedules, inventory, and reports

• Respond to demo requests and customer support inquiries

When a business customer uses OrbitX, that customer controls the operational data in their workspace. OrbitX processes that data to provide the Services under our agreement with the customer.

If you are an end user of a customer workspace (for example a technician or dispatcher), please contact your organization for questions about how your data is handled in that workspace.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to fulfill contracts, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where practicable.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including encryption in transit, access controls, and daily backups. OrbitX is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 aligned. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
